As Accelerize 360’s HR/People Operations Manager - India, you will play an integral part in the proactive growth of our organization and helping it to be a place where people love to work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian labor laws, have managed and grown a Learning Management System, will be comfortable developing recruiting and performance management strategies and will enjoy constantly striving to make our company an employer of choice.

The three core areas of your role will focus on learning and development, performance and compensation management and managing the recruiting, onboarding and offboarding of our team.

Success in this role will look like:

  • Developing and executing strategies to recruit and hire top talent from universities as well as laterally
  • Design, review and optimize the entire employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance management and offboarding
  • Facilitate learning and development for high performing teams and individuals
  • Tailor policies and processes for India and execute them at scale
  • Facilitating the creation and relevance of enriching training content and empowering our employees to grow into their next role
  • Foster a hyper-collaborative and creative work environment for our team in India
  • Coordinate various employee engagement initiatives
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and talented university candidates
  • Regularly audit team’s skills and competencies, identifying skill gaps and working with the HR and PMO team to cross and up skill
  • Plan and oversee payroll cycles making sure software is working properly and all payments are compliant
  • Ensure organization's compliance with government regulations
  • Review applicants for lateral hires, conduct pre-screening interviews and run interview process from first email to week one of onboarding
  • Oversee fresher recruiting and onboarding process

  • You have at least 5 years of human resources/people operations experience
  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
