Building an AI agent is one thing. Getting it to work reliably inside a real enterprise is something else entirely.
Production environments bring complex data, existing systems, security requirements, governance, integrations, and people into the equation. That is often where promising AI initiatives slow down.
The Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Partner Network was created to address that gap. And Accelerize 360 is now part of it.
Salesforce works with thousands of implementation partners. As of Dreamforce 2026, Salesforce’s approved partner list included 83 firms worldwide, and Accelerize 360 is one of them.
For us, this is more than a new partner designation. It reinforces how we believe agentic AI should be delivered: close to the business problem, connected to the full technology environment, governed from the beginning, and built for real-world adoption.
What the Salesforce FDE Partner Network Is
Salesforce launched the Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network in April 2026 to extend the methods, engineering knowledge, and specialized training developed within its own teams to a selected group of partners.
Unlike a traditional partner tier, the FDE Partner Network emphasizes engineering discipline, delivery rigor, and production outcomes.
At its core, forward-deployed engineering means working closely with customers to solve the technical and operational challenges standing between a priority use case and a live solution.
That aligns closely with how Accelerize 360 approaches complex Salesforce, data, integration, and AI programs: start with the business outcome, understand the surrounding environment, and engineer the path to adoption.
Why Moving Agentic AI Into Production Is Hard
The challenge with enterprise AI is no longer simply proving that an agent can work.
A controlled proof of concept can demonstrate a use case quickly. Production has a much higher bar.
An agent may need to understand information across CRM, Data 360, external platforms, documents, APIs, and proprietary systems. It needs the right context to decide and the right permissions to act. In regulated environments, those actions also require strong governance and appropriate human oversight.
When Salesforce launched the network in April, it said its FDE partners had already driven one-third of successful Agentforce implementations.
As Lori Steele, President of Global Professional Services at Salesforce, put it, “Getting AI into production is an engineering discipline.”
That production discipline is where the FDE model matters most.
What FDE Training Adds to Accelerize 360 Delivery
Joining the network gives Accelerize 360 access to Salesforce’s forward-deployed engineering methodology and specialized training.
Our focus is to apply that discipline to the areas that often determine whether an agentic AI initiative succeeds in the real world.
Connecting data, systems, and context
AI agents need more than instructions. They need reliable business context.
That can mean connecting fragmented customer and operational data, defining how agents access information, and ensuring they have the right permissions to act safely.
This builds naturally on Accelerize 360’s work across Data, AI & Analytics, Data 360, Agentforce 360, and enterprise architecture.
Building governance into the solution
Governance becomes more important as agents move from answering questions to taking action.
Organizations need to define where an agent can operate independently, when human approval is required, what data it can access, and how actions can be monitored.
For regulated industries, those controls need to be designed into the solution from the beginning rather than added later.
Orchestrating work across systems
Enterprise processes rarely live in one platform.
An agent may need to retrieve information from one system, work with data from another, trigger an API, update Salesforce, and then hand work back to a person.
Through our System Integrations practice, Accelerize 360 already works across APIs, data pipelines, Salesforce, and external platforms. FDE training strengthens how we bring those environments together for agentic AI use cases.
Measuring success by adoption, not deployment
Getting an agent live is not the end goal.
The stronger measure is whether people actually use it and whether it becomes part of how the business operates.
That is an important distinction in the FDE model. The focus is not simply on whether an agent was delivered, but whether it is adopted and contributing to real business outcomes.
For Accelerize 360, that reinforces a principle we already bring to delivery: technology only creates value when it works in the real operating environment, and people trust it enough to use it.
What This Means for Accelerize 360 Customers
For customers evaluating Agentforce 360 and agentic AI, our participation in the Salesforce FDE Partner Network strengthens the engineering discipline we can bring into delivery.
It helps us address the issues that often prevent strong use cases from becoming part of day-to-day operations, including fragmented data, complex integrations, permissions, security, governance, workflow design, and change management.
As an approved FDE partner, Accelerize 360 is also approved to bring Catalyst funding into qualifying deals.
The broader objective remains the same: reduce the friction between an agentic AI opportunity and measurable business value.
Bringing Agentforce 360, Data 360, and Enterprise Systems Together
Becoming an Agentic Enterprise is not about deploying agents everywhere.
It is about identifying where an agent can create meaningful value, giving it trusted business context, connecting it to the systems where work happens, and defining clear boundaries for how it operates.
Agentforce 360 provides the agentic layer. Data 360 can help establish connected customer and enterprise context. Integrations connect actions across the broader technology environment. Governance helps define where automation should happen and where people should remain involved.
Forward-deployed engineering brings those pieces together around a business outcome.
For Accelerize 360, joining the Salesforce FDE Partner Network strengthens how we already approach these programs: combining Salesforce expertise, data and integration engineering, industry knowledge, and a focus on helping customers move faster and more responsibly.
